It sends SOS alarm in real-time with the complete location details of the device if a person that is in danger presses the SOS/panic button.

Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY 
from 24th February 2022

Here at NutTAG, we strive to ensure you are satisfied & love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, we offer a refund (excludes sale items) or exchange within 30 days for all products (excluding GPS watches) & 14 days for GPS watches from the delivered date, this can be located on the Australia Post website. 

To initiate any return please contact sales@nuttag.com.au requesting for a Return Authorisation.

All returns must comply with the correct procedures:

1. Contact our support team for the RA link

2. Complete Returns Authorisation Form

3. Once approved, you’’ll be supplied further instructions, including and RA number

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund of your recent purchase, all conditions must be agreed to and complied with as directed.

Conditions and requirements:

• All refund requests to your product must be 30/14 days*, from the delivered date.

• You are prepared to cover the return postage fees and understand that all postage fees are non-refundable.

• There is NO physical damage or water damage to the device.

• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in all original packaging with any additional items from the box included. 

• All returns are assessed by our team of professionals and there MAY be additional deductions from the amount refunded in accordance with the outcome.

• If you are unable to meet any/some of the outlined conditions, you must notify a team member before the return is initiated. 

* 30/14 days: 30 days for all products excluding watches. 14 days for GPS watches. Any request received outside these specified timeframes will not be accepted.

All refunds will incur a restocking fee of $6.25 which will be deducted from the refund value. Please note refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed once the device has been received by NutTag.

EXCHANGES

To be eligible to exchange your purchase, you must first meet all conditions and procedures as stated before your return is initiated.

Conditions and requirements:

• You have spoken with a member of our Customer Care team for troubleshooting assistance, and;

- requested an exchange for the product, with acceptable reasoning, or otherwise;

- received a request from our Customer Care team to return your device due to system or manufacturing issues which we will be replaced for a new device.

• You are within the warranty period covered for the purchased product which is 12 months for all primary products & all accessory items.

• You agree to cover the return postage fees.

• There is NO physical damage, or water damage to the device, as this is not covered by warranty, and we are unable to exchange your device.

About our plans

Our available plans are: BYO, 1 year or 2 year plans. BYO: In this plan, we will supply the device + service for your first year. The service includes the app and local support. You'll need to buy your own SIM card and install it. The SIM card should have at least 90-350mb of data. To renew the service, it's only $45/year. 1-year: We'll send the device with the SIM already installed and all the required data, ready to use out of the box. After the first year, there is a small fee to keep using the app ($45/year) 2-year: We'll send the device with the SIM already installed and all the required data, ready to use out of the box. After the second year, there is a small fee to keep using the app ($45/year)

Both devices can also be ready to use out from the box, with the SIM card already installed and ready to go for 12 months. They also have the BYO SIM option, so it's up to you to manage your nano SIM's data and credits monthly.

Only Seek PRO offers voice prompts (lets you know if it's low battery for example), better battery life, and more accurate location & fall detection. The watch offers heart rate monitor, video call and messaging.

Unlike others, we have simple pricing. We offer one upfront cost with no other ongoing fees or charges. A SEEK PRO GPS with a Vodafone ($425) SIM service which is typically fine inner city and Real Telstra ($445) SIM service which is best for use Australia wide. You can find which will work best in your area by searching your postcode in the coverage map.

If you would like you can use your own SIM - BYO ($325)

Unlike other GPS devices the SEEK PRO can be ready for use out of the box, with no hidden costs and No Contracts!

Battery life can vary based on your requirement for reporting, this means you can ask the unit to update on on location every 10 seconds or daily, the battery life can last up to 15 days dependant on your requirement.

The new app has a number of custom battery saving modes like Response mode, which will enable your GPS last ~1-4days without charging.

Yes, this unit is designed to keep your loved ones safe, notifications will be sent to your App, if you require SMS alerts you can purchase an SMS pack within the accessories on the purchase page.

App & Subscription

Yes, we are partnered with NDIS, Yoralla, Independent Living Centre.

Notifications and Alerts are sent directly to your App & Online Portal. You can also request for these to be sent via SMS however for this featre you will require an SMS pack. You can purchase this within the accessories on the purchase page.
