RETURNS POLICY
from 24th February 2022


Here at NutTAG, we strive to ensure you are satisfied & love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, we offer a refund (excludes sale items) or exchange within 30 days for all products (excluding GPS watches) & 14 days for GPS watches from the delivered date, this can be located on the Australia Post website.

To initiate any return please contact sales@nuttag.com.au requesting for a Return Authorisation.

All returns must comply with the correct procedures:

  • Contact our support team for the Returns Authorisation Form link

  • Complete Returns Authorisation Form

  • Once approved, you’’ll be supplied further instructions, including and RA number

 

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund of your recent purchase, all conditions must be agreed to and complied with as directed.

Conditions and requirements:

  • All refund requests to your product must be 30/14 days*, from the delivered date.
  • You are prepared to cover the return postage fees and understand that all postage fees are non-refundable.
  • There is NO physical damage or water damage to the device.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in all original packaging with any additional items from the box included.
  • All returns are assessed by our team of professionals and there MAY be additional deductions from the amount refunded in accordance with the outcome.
  • If you are unable to meet any/some of the outlined conditions, you must notify a team member before the return is initiated.

 

* 30/14 days: 30 days for all products excluding watches. 14 days for GPS watches. Any request received outside these specified timeframes will not be accepted.

 

All refunds will incur a restocking fee of $6.25 which will be deducted from the refund value. Please note refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed once the device has been received by NutTag.

 

EXCHANGES

To be eligible to exchange your purchase, you must first meet all conditions and procedures as stated before your return is initiated.

Conditions and requirements:

  • You have spoken with a member of our Customer Care team for troubleshooting assistance, and;
    1. requested an exchange for the product, with acceptable reasoning, or otherwise;
    2. received a request from our Customer Care team to return your device due to system or manufacturing issues which we will be replaced for a new device.
  • You are within the warranty period covered for the purchased product which is 12 months for all primary products & all accessory items.
  • You agree to cover the return postage fees.
  • There is NO physical damage, or water damage to the device, as this is not covered by warranty, and we are unable to exchange your device.
