RETURNS POLICY

30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must comply with our returns protocol, please contact support@nuttag.com.au to receive correct returns procedures with a Return Authorisation form(RA). 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund in due course, check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is formally processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at accounts@nuttag.com.au 

Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nuttag.com.au. 

Returns address: 40 Porter St Prahran VIC 3181. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund, return shipping will also be deducted from your refund. Express shipping will not be refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable freight service or purchasing freight insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returning item.
