RETURNS POLICY

30 day return policy for any purchase made before 20/10/18 and

14 day return policy applies to any other purchases made. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must comply with our returns protocol, please contact support@nuttag.com.au to receive correct returns procedures with a Return Authorisation form(RA).  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund in due course, check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is formally processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at accounts@nuttag.com.au 

Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nuttag.com.au. 

Returns address: 40 Porter St Prahran VIC 3181. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund, and a restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund. Express shipping will not be refunded. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable freight service or purchasing freight insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returning item. 

 

 

 

 

Return Shipping PayPal Claim Return shipping refund only applies if you have used PayPal to purchase.

The PayPal Refunded Returns service refunds the cost of return shipping for eligible items back to the seller. To start requesting refunds on your return shipping costs, click Activate Now on our Refunded Returns page.

 

How do I request for Refunded Returns?

Once activated, you can ask for a refund on your return shipping cost for eligible items, up to $45 AUD per refund request. To qualify for Refunded Returns, please return the purchased item to the seller within the required timeframe, and retain your postage receipt and documentation as outlined within the General Conditions of Use.
