Our trackers communicate with your phone via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). We use the most advanced European chip set, including proprietary battery longevity algorithms. With normal use our tags will last up to 12 months.

FREE regular shipping applies within Aus only. All FREE Delivery orders can take from 5-20 days to arrive. Express delivery 2-6 days. All Super Express deliveries are dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse. We are proud Australia Post partners.

We respect your privacy. All personal information is kept confidential, and will never be shared with a third party. Note that we may use location information sourced from your phone for the purposes of our Lost & Found Network; however this data will be anonymised before being sent to the searching party.

We know you will love your product, if for any reason you feel it is not what you require you can speak with a customer service agent. Within 30 days you may return your product, refund will be complete providing return authorisation criteria is observed. Please view full returns policy for further information.

There are no additional costs associated with our Bluetooth trackers. The accompanying Nut app is free to use, and is regularly updated with new features.

Bluetooth 4 offers an open-air range of up to 50 meters. Walls and other obstacles reduce the signal propagation. Average indoor range is 10-30 meters.
