Our trackers communicate with your phone via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). We use the most advanced European chip set, including proprietary battery longevity algorithms. With normal use our tags will last up to 12 months.

Note that we may use location information sourced from your phone for the purposes of our Lost & Found Network; however this data will be anonymised before being sent to the searching party.

There are no additional costs associated with our Bluetooth trackers. The accompanying Nut app is free to use, and is regularly updated with new features.

Bluetooth 4 offers an open-air range of up to 50 meters. Walls and other obstacles reduce the signal propagation. Average indoor range is 10-30 meters.
