    Returns Policy

    RETURNS POLICY 
    from 24th February 2022

    Here at NutTAG, we strive to ensure you are satisfied & love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, we offer a refund (excludes sale items) or exchange within 30 days for all products (excluding GPS watches) & 14 days for GPS watches from the delivered date, this can be located on the Australia Post website. 

    To initiate any return please contact sales@nuttag.com.au requesting for a Return Authorisation.

    All returns must comply with the correct procedures:

    1. Contact our support team for the RA link

    2. Complete Returns Authorisation Form

    3. Once approved, you’’ll be supplied further instructions, including and RA number

    REFUNDS

    To be eligible for a refund of your recent purchase, all conditions must be agreed to and complied with as directed.

    Conditions and requirements:

    • All refund requests to your product must be 30/14 days*, from the delivered date.

    • You are prepared to cover the return postage fees and understand that all postage fees are non-refundable.

    • There is NO physical damage or water damage to the device.

    • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in all original packaging with any additional items from the box included. 

    • All returns are assessed by our team of professionals and there MAY be additional deductions from the amount refunded in accordance with the outcome.

    • If you are unable to meet any/some of the outlined conditions, you must notify a team member before the return is initiated. 

    * 30/14 days: 30 days for all products excluding watches. 14 days for GPS watches. Any request received outside these specified timeframes will not be accepted.

    All refunds will incur a restocking fee of $6.25 which will be deducted from the refund value. Please note refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed once the device has been received by NutTag.

    EXCHANGES

    To be eligible to exchange your purchase, you must first meet all conditions and procedures as stated before your return is initiated.

    Conditions and requirements:

    • You have spoken with a member of our Customer Care team for troubleshooting assistance, and;

    - requested an exchange for the product, with acceptable reasoning, or otherwise;

    - received a request from our Customer Care team to return your device due to system or manufacturing issues which we will be replaced for a new device.

    • You are within the warranty period covered for the purchased product which is 12 months for all primary products & all accessory items.

    • You agree to cover the return postage fees.

    • There is NO physical damage, or water damage to the device, as this is not covered by warranty, and we are unable to exchange your device.

    The 3G Watch GPS is BYO, which means you'll have to purchase and manage your own SIM. It also uses 3G network, which is slower than 4G.
    <br><br>
    The 4G Watch has both BYO SIM and pre-installed Telstra option. The Watch also offers better accuracy, better battery life, wifi, video call, messaging and is waterproof.

    You will need to purchase and manage your own SIM. For optimal coverage, connect to a 3G network that uses 900/2100MHz frequencies.

    Choose a pre-paid or post-paid SIM that includes Voice Calls, SMS and approximately 90MB data per month from either Vodafone or Optus.

    Our Smart GPS watch has a 600mAH rechargeable battery which will get you 1 day normal use and up to 2 days on standby mode.

    Yes you can however you will need to ensure that your SIM has compatible global roaming in to country you are visiting. Please contact LiveChat or support@nuttag.com.au for assistance in getting ready for your travels.

    There are no contracts, or subscriptions for the GPS watch.

    Note you will need to manage your own SIM or you can purchase 12 months of our Telstra plan (data and limited outbound SMS, plus 30 min talk time) and have the SIM pre-installed by us.

    We use GPS for real-time or live tracking, see location activity and manage your GPS features via the easy to use Mobile App and Web Portal.

    Our GPS Smart Watch technology can be accurate within 5-10m. It uses 3G + GPS + LBS multi-mode positioning

    A Geo-Fence or Safety Zone is a pre-defined perimeter around a location which you can draw on the map. A virtual fence. If your GPS exits or enters this area, a notification will be sent to the App & Web Portal.

    You will receive push notifications via the App & Web Portal. You can also purchase SMS credit to receive SMS alerts.

    The GPS unit will send its reporting information data via the 3G network to the cloud. The unit also has SMS and two way communication ability.

    Yes, if it is not included in your plan, alerts (eg. low battery, geo-fence, falls, SOS etc.) can be sent via SMS to your desired number at 22 cents per message for local and 75 cents per SMS for international *in addition to the subscription plan.
